This is by no means an all-inclusive listing of our services.
At Country Critters Veterinary Services, LLC, we take care to provide our clients with high quality services accounting for their animals' special needs.
Since we are a 100% mobile veterinary service, we will come to you - we do not have a physical location for you to bring your animals to us.
At each appointment, there will be a farm call fee and generally an exam fee or re-check exam fee. Other charges are dependent upon what the diagnosis consists of and what medications, supplies, or time is involved.
To help avoid being charged by the hour, please have your animals confined upon our arrival so that we can maximize our time with them.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to our appointment time or you will be charged our regular farm call fee.
Appointments (what you can expect):
Our hours of service are variable, but we will be on the road in Rhode Island at least 2-3 days a week. Dr. Scotto also works in a small animal clinic separate from Country Critters, so when she is "in clinic" she cannot race out for Country Critters emergencies, but she will get there as quickly as possible!
- Laceration & Fracture Repair
If we are unavailable to help you with your emergency, we recommend that you call the following services to assist you.
Tufts Large Animal Veterinary Hospital 508-839-7926
Green Valley Veterinary Services 860-420-5002
At this time, we only have the ability to accept cash or checks as payment.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
The health and care of your animals is very important to us. With that in mind, until we have met with you and your animals and assessed their needs, we will not provide prescriptions for your animals. It is a health and safety concern and in direct violation of the law for us to do so.
